Eunice James
National Strength and Conditioning Personal Trainer, Eunice James, will lead this class in Kettlebell fundamentals. You will train for power, strength, flexibility, and endurance โ all with one piece of equipment! The main exercises are swings, cleans, overhead presses, squats, snatches and the โTurkish get up.โ Each person will work to their own specific abilities. You will never be bored as no two workouts are ever the same. Youโll get strong, burn lots of calories, and have fun too! All equipment is supplied by Euniceโs studio.
