Please note, the office hours are very limited so please be patient if your message is not returned immediately.

• There are three 8-week full semesters that run in Fall, Winter, and Spring. Catalogues are mailed all three semesters.
• The semesters begin towards the end of September, January and April, respectively.
• Classes begin on a rolling basis throughout the semester.
• Catalogues are NOT mailed in summer.

• The majority of classes are held at the Rupert A. Nock Middle School, beginning at 6pm, Monday through Wednesday evenings.
• Dance classes are held at the high school.
• Some classes are held offsite at the Central Congregational Church, including those held during the day.
• A handful of classes are held on Zoom.

• Students must enter the Nock Middle School through the doors of the main entrance that faces Low Street.
• Look for the flag pole.
• There is a circular drive out front for parking.
  • If it is full, there is also a large lot to the right of the school.

• Upon entrance to the building, there is a whiteboard straight ahead with the classroom number assignments listed on it. Please read it carefully.
• There is usually someone at the front to greet and direct students. If not, we may be setting up classrooms for our instructors or troubleshooting technology issues, etc. 
• We appreciate your patience.

• The school is closed on holidays, during school vacations and in the summer.
• If the school is closed for any other reason (ie. inclement weather), NACE classes will also be canceled.
• We follow all the Newburyport Public School System policies.
