Eunice James, National Strength & Conditioning personal trainer will lead this 6-week course in kettlebell fundamentals. Discover the power of kettlebell training in this beginner-friendly class. Youโll develop strength, endurance, and flexibility, while learning safe and effective techniques for key exercises such as swings, cleans, and overhead presses. Each session will focus on proper form and gradual progress, helping you build confidence and fitness at your own pace. You won’t be bored as no two workouts are ever the same! All equipment is supplied by Euniceโs studio. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and move! Participants should be able to lift 20 pounds without great effort, and be in good physical health (check with your physician if you are unsure).
