Join us this summer for a four-week outdoor series designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit through a blend of movement and mindfulness. Each session will begin with a mindful walk through the scenic trails of Maudslay, encouraging awareness and connection with the natural world. We’ll then transition into gentle movement, incorporating gentle stretching on our mats. The session will conclude with a calming meditation to help cultivate a deeper awareness of your thoughts and emotions, leaving you grounded and relaxed as you head into the weekend. Think of this experience as a “moving meditation” — an opportunity to create space for ease, calm, and presence in your life each week. This class is led by certified yoga instructor Julianne Russo and is suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
