Class Description
Julianne Russo
In this 6-week yoga and meditation series you will practice the basics of gentle slow flow yoga while gently stretching your body and learning to connect with your breath emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. The pace is meditative, and a time to practice bringing ease and presence into your daily life. Instructor Julianne Russo will guide you through the series, which is appropriate for all ages and levels. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join! Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
