How do you react to problems in life related to health, job stress, financial hardships, or difficult relationships? In this virtual workshop led by Clinical Psychologist Eliza Goodell, Ph.D., you will learn how to stop being so hard on yourself; handle difficult emotions with curiosity and greater ease; motivate yourself with kindness and respect rather than criticism; and transform your inner and outer relationships. The basic assumption is that every person, regardless of circumstance, is made up of many parts. We also possess a never-ending resource of love and self-compassion, which can lead to great shifts in well-being. All are welcome. Appropriate for individuals, couples and anyone interested in learning more about their inner selves.
