Diets Don’t Work!

Research shows most dieters fail to reach their weight loss goals and struggle with disappointing results. Why? Because they have never learned how to THINK about food in an appropriate and healthy way. Based on the “Beck Diet Solution” this workshop is a unique, effective and sustainable wellness and weight loss program that will teach you HOW to eat for optimum health. Using established cognitive behavioral techniques, you will learn the skills to change your thinking which is more effective than focusing solely on what to eat. This is NOT a diet and there are No Taboo Foods. Andi Freedman is the founder of Mind Over Food and a certified Cognitive Behavoral Therapist.

Three, 2-hour session: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
