Introduction To French Cooking

Class Description

Sophie Petit

French cooking doesn’t need to be complicated as some may think. In this introductory cooking class, you will learn how to cook simple but nutritious and delicious authentic French dishes as the French do every day. We will be making an autumnal seasonal dish. Cook in the comfort of your own kitchen. You will receive the list of ingredients one week in advance and we will cook all together with a glass of wine to pair with the meal! Bon appétit! Sophie Petit is a native of Nice, France. Cooking and baking are two of her favorite things that bring her great joy. She is always experimenting with fresh ingredients from local farmer’s markets to create interesting and unique dishes.
