Intermediate Digital Photography

Class Description

Intermediate Digital Photography, taught by Peter Falabella, is intended to be the follow up to the Intro to Digital Photography class taught by Peter during the school year but it is also appropriate for those with a working knowledge of the basics of photography and their cameras. The four two hour sessions will include shooting sessions where, after a prep session, students will work alongside the instructor as he talks through the technical and artistic aspects of each setting. A feedback and edit session will also be included where class images will be reviewed and editing techniques will be applied. Lightroom will be used by the teacher on a projection screen for this session. While not a class that teaches a specific editing software, editing concepts will be discussed and applied in a way that will serve as a good introduction to what image editing in general can do for a photo and also introduce a series of questions to guide future editing using any software.
