Class Description
Eunice James
National Strength and Conditioning Personal Trainer, Eunice James, will lead this class in Kettlebell fundamentals. You will train for power, strength, flexibility, and endurance – all with one piece of equipment! The main exercises are swings, cleans, overhead presses, squats, snatches and the “Turkish get up.” Each person will work to their own specific abilities.
- You will never be bored as no two workouts are ever the same.
- You’ll get strong, burn lots of calories and have fun too!
- All equipment is supplied by Eunice‘s studio.
